The Online store offers many ways to schedule and terminate the release of a particular product to a school's storefront.
To access the school's products, click on the Stores tab, then click on Settings next to the school's store you need to access.
The school's storefront will be displayed. If a product has been added to their store, its status on the store is immediately set to visible. In the example below, the 2020-21 Yearbook is "visible" on the store.
Click Edit next to the product to change its status.
While creating a new product or editing an existing product, you can set an end-date for receiving orders. Under the Item options, simply click into the Accept orders until box to add a date. After this date, no further orders will be allowed for this product.
Turn off a product
By default products will be marked as Visible in the store. You may hide a product while creating or editing it. Choosing this option will make it invisible immediately upon saving changes. This feature is useful if you want to manually set the release of the product on the store, or if you want to terminate a product.
Schedule a product release
While adding or editing a product, you may choose to set a release date for it to appear on the school's store. Click into the calendar box to add a start date for the product's release. Save the changes to set the date into effect.
