School Storefront Customization

We offer a range of settings to customize how your school's online storefronts function and appear.




School - Hide Inactive Storefronts

  • Red Switch: The storefront admin remains visible to schools even if no products have been set up for sale. This visibility might encourage schools to contact you about setting up their online store, for instance, for yearbooks.
  • Green Switch: The storefront admin is hidden from schools. This setting is ideal if you're hosting your online store and wish to prevent potential confusion with the storefront we offer.


Show Service Fee to Customers

  • Red Switch: Our service fee will be hidden from customers at checkout and within the order.
  • Green Switch: Our service fee becomes visible to customers during checkout and within their order. This transparency is beneficial if you want to clarify to schools and parents that these service fees are beyond your control, helping them comprehend the cost implications.


Customize Service Fee Label

(Note: This option is only available if you've activated the "Show service fee to customers" setting.)


  • Red Switch: Customers will see our pre-set label: "administration and fulfillment fee."
  • Green Switch: You can edit and define your label for the service fee.


Order Receipt School Pickup Message

The Online Store features an automated invoicing system that triggers an invoice dispatch to customers immediately after a purchase is completed. This system ensures that customers promptly receive detailed purchase information without any manual intervention.

To enhance the customer experience and provide specific instructions or information, you have the option to customize the message in the Delivery section of the invoice. This feature is particularly useful for specific scenarios, such as informing parents about the collection of a printed yearbook.
