Checkout procedure

Your school's storefront can be viewed from the Store tab - click on the school's Settings button.


At the top of the page, click on the link to View Storefront for that particular school.


The store displays all available products. Parents receive their information to access the store through their school. The yearbook's editor in chief may copy the store's website address, and, if applicable, their parent passcode, directly in the Memento Yearbook application's store tab.



Followign the link, customers simply need to click on Add Cart to purchase a product. They may click multiple times to add additional items to their cart.



Click on the cart icon to view the contents.


Click Checkout to move to login to make an order. Existing customers who have used the Memento cart may log in. New customer may log create a login.



After login, the customer may enter their billing info and associate their order to their children's names using the parent passcode. 


After entering the passcode, parents may add their children's name, teacher and grade so the order is registered to them. Note that the name must be entered exactly as it appears in the yearbook's portrait database, which is usually the same as how the child is registered at the school (no nickname or alternative spellings). 



After clicking on continue to payment, the parent may add Visa or Mastercard information to complete their order.



If payment is successful, they will receive a confirmation notification. 


At the same time, they will receive an email notification and your store front will display the sale under the Orders tab.
