The Publisher Dashboard (General Overview)

The Publisher Portal is a secure website used to manage licensing, branding and everything about your yearbook accounts. You can log into your school's books via the Publisher Portal to work on the books with your clients, create online storefronts to sell yearbooks, receive orders, create custom layouts, and order licenses.



Your Publisher Portal login is created when you sign up for your account. The welcome email is sent to the primary contact person specified when your company signed up for Memento Yearbook.

   


To log in, visit https://publishers.yearbooks.me/ and type in your credentials as received in the welcome email.


   


Once logged in, you may access many publisher-only special features.

  1.  Manage Schools: Add new clients and assign books to their account.

  2. Proofing: See which schools have submitted files to review, approve and print.

  3. Stores: Set up online storefronts for your schools so they may sell their books online.

  4.  Orders: Track yearbooks orders received through your schools' online store fonts.

  5. Layouts: Create & publish custom yearbook layouts exclusive for your clientele.

  6. Backgrounds & Elements: Upload your own graphic collections for your schools.

  7.  Layouts: Create a custom collection of page designs for your schools.

  8. Customization: manage branding options as displayed to your schools.

  9.  Manage book products: Add, update and remove book types (cover types, dimensions, number of pages, etc.)

  10.  Manage license: view the number of book licenses available or in use to your account, and access ordering information.
