Helping your client with lost logins & passwords

If you set up an account and invited the school admin to login, but they didn't receive the email, consult the article on resending your school's login invitation.


If the original administrator has left the project, and you need to set up a new local admin, check out the article on how to assign a new editor-in-chief to the yearbook.


If a team member cannot login because they have forgotten their login info, provide them with their School ID, and send them the link to the School Knowledge base article on how to reset their password. The School ID is listed in your Publisher dashboard under Manage Schools.


Note that passwords are encrypted and can only be reset - even the MementoPix team does not have access to see or change them.
